Finding Out What Young People Think

We held three meetings with our Young Advisors in January, June and September last year (2021). Training for our Research Assistants in Ghana took place at the end of September 2021, along with a pilot for our conversations with young migrants in Ghana.

Our Young Advisors meetings have highlighted some important insights into young people’s ideas on empowerment – including best ways to research the term with young migrants from very different cultural and country backgrounds. A successful training workshop for four Ghanaian research assistants took place at the end of September, along with a pilot discussing a set of questions with young people in Ghana.
