Public Dissemination Seminar in Accra on August 25

On August 25th, 2022, we shared emerging findings from our research project with a public audience including university students, policy makers and NGO representatives in Accra, Ghana.

  • Prof Stephen Owusu Kwankye spoke on young migrants’ perspectives on decision-making;
  • Dr Ernestina Korleki Dankyi spoke on young migrants’ perspectives on their aspirations; and
  • Associate Prof Grace Spencer shared some findings on young migrants’ perspectives around empowerment and power.
  • Dr. Jill Thompson’s work on young migrants’ perspectives on their livelihoods also featured in the public seminar.
